The Scampis monitoring and
evaluation (M&E) process implemented within the Scampis process has been
driven by learning needs about technical aspects of the project implementation
per se and about cross-countries implementation differences.
The M&E tools have
been embedded in a “Scampis Learning Path Programme” (LPP) strategically
planned to be highly participative and dynamic. The LPP goals have been
a) Learn about technology efficiency
b) Learn about project strategies adoption:
strong and weak aspects
c) South-south cooperation within the
Scampis network and outside
d) Facilitate internal and external project
communication
Each activity identified
have been implemented with a participatory approach and driven by concrete
project’s needs.
