M&E Quantitative Analysis - SCAMPIS Project (2010-2012)


SCAMPIS aims to promote technologies that enable farmers and especially women to take advantage of limited water and fertilizer supplies at affordable prices, to boost crop productivity, improve food security and increase income. SCAMPIS overall outcomes are:

§    Improve food security
§    Improve smallholders income
§    Improve water management and increase water availability for agricultural activities
§    Help smallholders to mitigate water scarcity during the dry season
§    Improve soil fertility
§    Strengthen private sector supply chains for the delivery of technologies/equipment






An integrated tool for M&E and learning: Quantitative and Qualitative M&E
An integrated Monitoring and evaluation system have been developed to identify the changes introduced by the projects in the 3 countries, to understand the strategy development and to learn. Below an exemplification of how is the Scampis M&E system structure.
